Future Bakery and Cafe – Food Review
We went to Future Bakery and Cafe in Toronto today and decided to write a review about it.
At a first glance, this downtown (Bathurst and Bloor St. of Toronto) location might not catch your eyes, but if you take a closer look inside, you will notice that it is bubbling with activity.
From the bar in the back, to the cafe in the front, this is not an ordinary restaurant.
This is the Smoked Salmon Sandwich Dinner that I ordered
I ordered a smoked salmon sandwich, and was treated to a very quick and well made order. Although the pasta salad tasted a bit mild, everything else on this plate was very good. The smoked salmon tasted superb, especially on the lettuce and cream cheese bagel they serve it on. Their mashed potatoes and gravy taste better then almost any other place I’ve eaten at.
One of the better places to eat if your in the downtown area, they are reasonably priced, and offer an assortment of cheesecakes, which they are well known for.
I would definitely go back for another meal!
